Validation is our sweet spot.  Are your corrective actions sticking?  We can do a virtual on on-site review of your corrective and preventive actions in response to complaints, near misses, holds, destroyed product or recalls and withdrawals.  

 My team loved to practice their unannounced mock recalls - mostly by not telling me when they were scheduled for.  The more your mock events mirror reality the better prepared you'll be.  Our expertise is solid with mock events, and we are happy to trigger those and usher you through the process.  We also have substantial experience in recalls and subrecalls - from FDA notification, to customer notification, and all required tracking and reporting.
